Strange I’m reading here:
https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/our-change-of-mind-policy“Postal returns – look for your free returns label included in your packaging (or we can send you a new one). Then attach the label to your packaged device. For extra safety, we suggest upgrading the pre-paid postage to Special Delivery with insurance (around £7). This is optional, of course.“
During COVID seems like the worse time to NOT include this apparent returns label?? My first and second replacement order didn’t have one so o2 numerous times couldn’t issue one either several times they attempted & I ended up at Complaints doing a TEFL(?) return, whatever that means, to get it returned.
So what’s a TEFL?
And why aren’t there returns labels in dispatched items like the O2 website stipulates there is?
