Pyment taken from my card but no processed on website

I was upgrading my contract abd it took the payment from my card but on website said it was not sucessfull what should i do?

Hi @Anonymous Give customer services a call. We can't see your account.. only they can.. Apparently there was some issues with the payment system earlier. It has now been resolved but you need to check the state of your order with CS
