Is it possible if I can put my account on hold? as Im currently jobless due to covid-19 and I am unable to pay for my bill.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

I've called the number you have suggested and unfortunately, I was still unable to get my question answered. The monitor was giving me the wrong advice. Is there another number I could call?

Ive paid my bill and have no service still and cant get anyone on the online chat im worried im going to be cut off until this is all over 😫
