I successfully swapped my old 2g sim for a new one on 5/12/23 using the sim swap instructions.
SIM is in an old phone used for emergency calls to a landline only.
I switched phone on yesterday and its coming up sim not provisioned.
Why would this happen and how can I contact O2 without a sim?
Logging in reports that I have no numbers associated with my logon. (this also happens with another O2 number that I have)
