Proof of usage

I call your customer service 4 times to ask for proof of usage and everytime they told me because I need to receive it in maximum 24h but nothing.
Now isn’t working any more .
How I can contact O2 by email or in different way because I really need that proof of usage and already I have 2 weeks from when I’m waiting for it. I need a answer asap .

Hi @ProofOfUsage 

If you go to My O2 and look at your bill, you will see usage within the bill. Just download it and print it off

Apparently I've used 40gb on facebook and had to buy more.... thieves you cant use 40gb streaming tv all day

That’s not helping me. I lost my phone 2 weeks ago and the insurance team ask me for :
1. A letter from O2 confirming the first and last date that your handset was used on their network.
2. Please provide a letter from your Network Provider confirming the date and time that your device has been blacklisted.
How you can see I need a special proof of usage from O2 . Anyway , thank you for your help , I appreciate!

Insurance companies will usually accept proof of usage from My O2 @ProofOfUsage 

This same question has been asked many times.

O2 do not usually send letters to the insurance company.

I know what you mean but there I cannot find the date and time when I blacklisted my device and that’s important to give it to the insurance

If anyone know a e-mail from O2 support team I think will be better for me to contact them because for a moment everything is closed ( customer service , live chat etc )
