Hi,
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S7 FE and wanted to claim the reward from Samsung. In the page where the information is entered, it asks the invoice number of the purchase. I checked myo2 but can only see and download the bill of air time plan but not the device. There is no Documents section, no invoice number or any other way I can see the invoice. I checked the posts at the community but still couldn’t find it.
What should I do to learn the invoice number?

You should be able to print it as a pdf file from your orders in your MyO2.
Also If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

In the device page, I can see only the device plan, different than the air time page which I can see bill and download button.
So, thank you for the information about the social media pages of O2. I will try to contact them.
