Hello,
I bought a mobile phone contract a few months ago and it didn't come with any proof of purchase. I now require the proof of purchase and have contacted live chat about 3 times and contacted o2 customer service by telephone twice, and each time they've told me that the proof of purchase will be emailed to me within 48 hours.
This has been going on over the last 2 weeks, each time I've waited 48 hours and nothing has arrived in the email (I've checked the spam folder). I even gave them my other email address just in case there's an issue with the first one, but I've waited over 48 hours again and no email has arrived in the second email either.
I've tried logging in to my online O2 account to find the contract but it's not listed there.
