How do I request a digital proof of purchase to claim my free ear buds? Getting concerned that I'll miss the deadline.

Check the Documents section of your MyO2 page. View Bills/Payment history. Also check any emails you may have had when you placed your order.

I did do that and there is nothing that meets the criteria Samsung have set. How do I speak to someone in customer service?

Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
