Solved: Proof of purchase of new phone

Hey, anyone able to tell me where u can get my proof of purchase for claiming the samsung headphones for the new s20 ultra. I submitted the email to Samsung but they am have turned it down. Cant get through to o2 on the phone. Thanks George

You need to go into your orders in your MyO2 and print your order as a PDF which you can attach and send to Samsung on the app.
