Hi

I’ve requested proof of barring on a stolen phone three times over the past few days via customer service on the phone and it has still not arrived. They just keep telling me to check my emails which I have (including junk). How else can I get this?

Thanks for that. They say each time it’ll take 24 hours and don’t seem interested when I inform them I’ve waited 24 hours since the last request.
