I requested a proof of purchase for my latest upgrade last week and was told I would receive it within 48hours via email. It's been more than 48 hours and I still haven't received anything. Is there a way to get this myself or can someone please send it me.

@DaveMoran

You can usually print your recent orders from your MyO2 (as a PDF) to use as proof of purchase.

We can't access any accounts from here so are unable to send you anything, sorry.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
