Proof of Purchase

I’m having problems with Apple regarding activation lock o2 provided me a pdf of a proof of purchase there now requesting the original receipt is this a realistic ask I did get the phone around 12 months ago

I've just checked my emails and the o2 instructions to get to your original documents are as follows:

Good news - we're just setting up your new phone. We've also added your 
documents to your My O2 account. To find them, please:

1. Login at http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2account and enter your username and 
password. 
2. Click on "View latest airtime bill"
3.Click on "View and print older bills"
4. Click on "My Documents"
5. Click on "Download Document"

I was just providing the path to find them as it may not be obvious where to look.

Do you know how I can find it as o2 sent me proof of purchase apparently this isn’t enough
