Promise to pay

Hello,

Please can someone from support add a promise to pay for the 22/05/2020. The bill is overdue but due to reduced hours we can't pay until then which is my partners next payday.

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217. It’s a free call

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
