Called this number numerous times it’s not actually payment management it’s just general customer service, they then give you a mobile number to call which I thought was unusual, I asked to be transferred an she did, I was then put on hold for 45minutes to be answered and hear nothing but call centre chatter in the background an someone breathe down the phone for an extra 10minutes! 02 have the most Awful customer service!
