I ordered a new contract plan last Wednesday. Called on Friday to find out where it is and they said they put a note on the system for someone to finish processing it as I passed all checks it just needed to be dispatched. I keep trying to call and it says go to o2 online... where is my order?

Until you get an email to say its dispatched you will have to be patient I'm afraid

You'll get a dispatch email when it leaves O2.
