Problems with applying my unidays discount

Hi there I have the Samsung 8. From what I have been reading hear I'm not the only one having problems

The S8 isn't excluded @imgoinplaces so if you are having problems then contact customer services. 8.00-8-30am is the best time to call. Don't use live chat.
