I have to send my Samsung s5 away to be fixed on monday and as this is the first ever phone to break on me I kinda dont want it back (To many Problems).
Is there any way that o2 do a like for like kind of deal were as i can get a phone similar to it?
I don't want to pay £480 for the refresh as I've only had it since August 2014.
Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

I have all those problems you list. Though mine has nothing to do with football, nightclubs and no sleep...just old age ![]()

All the advice given to you is good and correct. I would only add that whoever you decide to send the phone for repair to, make sure you have photographic evidence of what the phone looked like before you sent it away. Also, if you send it by post, make sure the phone is packaged well, i.e. with bubble wrap around it, and that you send it by registered post so someone signs for it at the other end.
