Problems with Mobile Data?

I believe my daughter has done something to her settings on her I Phone 6 and I can't work out how to fix it. She currently can't send text or get internet access without wifi, even though her contract should allow this. I have checked all the settings and they seem correct, I have rebooted and reset factory settings but it still won't work. The only way text can send is if the mobile data is off and sending as standard text and not iMessage, the internet won't work at all, unless on our wifi....any suggestions?

Is the general mobile data switch turned on?
Has she run out of data (check on your MyO2 dashboard http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 )

Also try texting ACTIVE on to 2020, save the settings and reboot the phone.
