I am having problems with LOGIN to the MyO2 app on my mobile using my email address and password.
I can access it perfectly well on my laptop but not on my mobile phone. Does anybody know how to overcome this problem ?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
