Problems with LOGIN to : My O2 App

I am having problems with LOGIN to the MyO2 app on my mobile using my email address and password.

I can access it perfectly well on my laptop but not on my mobile phone. Does anybody know how to overcome this problem ?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app

Weā€™re just customers like you but it sounds like youā€™ll need someone to access your account which canā€™t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
