Problems paying bill on time

Due to a change in circumstances i can't pay my bill on time but can't get through to customer services or live chat to save my phone from being restricted

The one ending 4005 seems to be the best one.

Your phone will still get restricted automatically as no one has the relative skill to override the system. You will need to call again to be reconnected
