I updated my contract this morning and now I cannot make or receive any calls??!!!! Please help

Did you tick the box to say use your current sim @Alicia3 ?
If not o2 are sending you a new one in the post, and have activated it so it is ready to use.

Contact o2 customer services by calling 202 (from an o2 pay monthly phone) or 0344 809 202.

Best time to call is 8am UK time.

Alternatively you can call 0800 902 0217 using Skype for free.
