Hello guys, I have been reading some of the other posts re people having problems porting their number with a creeping sense of dread! My old number from Three was supposed to port over today 4/5/22 and so far it hasn’t worked. I now cannot receive or make calls which is an absolute disaster for me in terms of family & work commitments. Is there some sort of technical issue affecting the port of numbers just now?
There has been a few reports of this today so possibly there is an issue, but we haven't been told if there is.
Have you rebooted?
Thanks for the response, yep I’ve tried rebooting multiple times, I have spoken to someone at customer service but it wasn’t clear what the issue is, I’ve been told it can take 24 hours. Just concerned that it might take a while, was under the impression this was a straightforward procedure!
