Hi
I have a problem with my overdue payment. When i try to make a payment it says: "there's been a problem. Try again later." I've tried many times but it is always the same. Did anyone have the same problem? Is it maybe something wrong with a website?

There's a problem with the billing platform which O2 are aware of. Try again later.
However as you are overdue this looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (or Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )

ive just spoken to someone at o2 on the phone and they didn't even know about the problem, I've managed to pay them over the phone but yeah almost an hour trying to get through.

i will add ive had no email confirmation that my airtime has been paid but its left my bank

I have that now. It's been like that for 6 months. I can't pay it on time or early either.
