I have a non stop social sim that was working fine until the second time I topped it up, my texts are being charged as i send them and when I topped up, i didn't get a text telling me about my 300 texts like the first time. I had a full inbox and deleted a few messages, could this be why? If so how can i go back to the non stop social tarrif?
There isn't a tariff called 'non-stop social' What is yours actually called? Is it 'Text and Web' that gives you 300 texts and 500megabytes, on your anniversary date, when you topped up £10 in the previous four weeks?
ah, yeah I forgort what the tarrif was called so i looked at the little leaflet that came with the sim, and that's what was written on there haha but yes that's the one, are you supposed to top up exactly on the day of your anniversary? because I topped up a week before, so is that the problem?
You can top up any time before your anniversary date but you only get your new allowance on the actual anniversary date so if your allowance has been used before then, you will be charged at the standard rate. If you have passed that date you need to call customer service.
