How I could to login at IBM security access manager?

Lots of similar queries cropping up on the forum just recently.

Can you find out what's changed at O2 and how to advise customers please.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

This sounds like an issue witht the cookies that are passing your authenticated session over to the download your bill option. 


What browser are you using as I cant replicate this with Edge or Chrome or chrome with different accounts ?

Use a different browser, and clear the cookies and temporary internet files as well from the browser you are using..

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World

Other customers have tried clearing cache, cookies and using different browsers with no success.
This will be a change made by O2 somewhere that's thrown a spanner in the works. There's too many customers with the same issue for it to be an individual browser issue.
