Received a priority moment from O2 thanking me being a customer for 3 years in early January. Went to use it in Argos and when I clicked on it is said expired. It clearly states in the terms and conditions it expires 13/02/13. Contacted O2 customer services who took all the details to submit a form to the priority moments team, and advised me I would receive an email response shortly. 2 weeks later no response and customer services states I have to wait for the priority moments team to respond. I'm obviously getting the run around as it doesn't take a team 2 weeks to respond to an internal form. I can see what Is going to happen easily it's going to expire on the 13/02/13 and customer services will state they are unable to help me as its expired. Please help me resolve my problem no response from O2 media team either.

All you can really do is make a complaint if it's not dealt with in time.
They may well offer you something to make up for it.

Hopefully someone can help me here by contacting me but if not I may be forced to enter a complaint.

Unlikely to happen this is mainly a customer forum, you would only be referred back to customer services.
