Hi. My o2 priority app has a1 in a red circle at the top right like I have a message waiting. I have searched the app and can not find anything so I’m not sure what it is for. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Yes I can get via web browser but not as convenient as using app, when I called O2 regarding this problem I was not told my phone was the issue and am waiting for someone to get back to me. I'll see what answer/solution O2 come up with. Thanks for your response.

Yeah pretty sure you need 6.0 and above now.

I've just installed it on an old phone with 5.1 and it won't run, so I'm 99.9% certain you need 6.0 or above now.
It'll be interesting to hear what O2 come back to you with.

I doubt we need it confirming now....
