You need to turn off app notifications in your settings until o2 release an update to fix this bug.

O2 Priority has stopped working since the latest update on 26th February 2018. When I try to open the message "Unfortunately, Priority has stopped working" comes up.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared the cache and data, restarted my phone and still no joy........Has anybody any ideas??????

Anything below 5.01 on android is no longer supported despite the website stating  everything above/inc Gingerbread.

5.01 is the latest for the S4 which I don't believe is supported anymore, but you can use the web browser https://priority.o2.co.uk/

Try updating to 5.01 which should be available in Settings >About >Software updates and see if it works then.
