Prime Video - Subscription Cancellation

Morning all, 

I have just renewed my sim only contract which i do when the 'extra' runs out.

last time i got 3 months prime video, which was fine as i done this over chat, this time i have 6 months prime, but i cant remember where you can go to so that when that extra is finished it doesnt automatically charge you, i know theres a tick box or something somewhere and of course they make it impossible to find where this is!

Does anyone know? Simply want to unsubscribe when the 6 months deal ends.

I think it may be here, but i guess because i have just redeemed it i am unable to stop it from automatically renewing. when i click 'manage' it spins then nothing comes up.

Can anyone confirm if this is the right area but i need to wait for it to populate properly? Or if there is somewhere else?

As you have just redeemed it, it may not work just yet. You could call Amazon for free on their contact us link.

If there's a problem with that, then you need to contact O2.

Personally I would wait until nearer the time the offer runs out.
