Please can anyone help?!
I upgraded my iPhone from SE (SIM only) to 11 (Pay monthly) on Monday, and was provided with a new Nano SIM, which I think I have inserted correctly.
Immediately on the new phone I have no 2G, 3G, 4G or 4G calling in the top right of the phone - I've not been able to make any calls or send any texts.
When I go to:
settings --> general --> about --> primary --> network - not available
'SIM not provisioned'
I've also randomly pressed buttons and received an email that says:
'your iPhone unlatching request for IMEI *** has been completed'
But the IMEI number in the email doesn't match the IMEI number in the phone?!
Very confused,
