Will o2 pricematch a deal from carphone warehouse -

You are not comparing the same deals between CPW and O2 so what would they be price matching?
Refresh is unique to O2 directly so it's not the same as CPW are offering.

They don't price match a rule when upgrading. Call them an choose the option to leave, they may give you a deal to stay.
