Hello,

Does anyone know if 02 offer a price matching service?

The deal I am after is offered by Carphone warehouse http://www.carphonewarehouse.com/buy/HTC_ONE_U027_UGCON 

Also, does anyone know what the 'cashback' deal is? I can find no info at all other than you get 150 cashback as an upgrade option.

I don't see it in the link you posted for CPW.

The CPW offer is part of their 02 upgrade service.

It looks quite painless but I would prefer to go through 02 direct if possible. I tried their chat service but after 10 minutes gave up waiting.

Will have another go today.

Hi when i upgraded to galaxy s4 on referesh,they where looking £49.99 up front payment and i told them,i can get it for free on the same tariff on t-mobile and they matched it.O2 upgrades team said if i you see a phone you want they will match the price.
