No, O2 won't pricematch. They have refresh contracts, Flexible tariffs and various promotional and other offers such as O2 Open.

If you want to pop instore and look at the best deal for you, you may be surprised.

Bottom line, you have to go with the deal which suits you and your finances the best.

No, O2 do not price match but you may get a discount if you call upgrades and say you are thinking of leaving.
