Hi there.

I'm a little confused with the price on my latest bill.  I signed up with VirginMedia on VOLT, so it was £18/month for 100Gb (boosted from 50Gb).

I recognise that there was a price increase recently and I read that it should have been around 3.9%.  My maths isn't the best, but I make that £18.70 as the new price.  However, my bill for the flat rate is showing £20.10 - no additional costs incurred.  I make that 11.66% increase.  Is that right?

I also noticed that the prices on the VM website are still showing as £20/month.

What's happened here?

Yes, 11.6% increase is correct.

D'oh!  I missed that.  I saw the 3.9% but I missed the detail on the 7.8%.  So that makes sense.

Thanks.
