I have just got an email from O2 telling me that my device plan (no idea what one) is going up?!

How is that possible? It should just be the airtime plan.

Is this just an error maybe?

Hello Sean

From April 2024 the monthly price of your device plan (that's your device, inclusive texts and data) will rise in line with the 4.9% RPI rate. Plus, an additional 3.9% as is set out in your terms.

That is an error as it is only your airtime component that will increase by 8.8% in April, it is just a badly worded email..
