I have received a text saying that my tariff will increase in line withe Feb RPI index 7.8%. How is this possible when: 1) February is not over and 2) The Government haven't released the RPI figures yet. Anyone know the answer?

It's the January rpi figure that is used.

Feb might not be over but the o2 comment says the RPI was published on 16th Feb @AndrewSM
