Solved: Previous bills

I used to be able to see previous bills going back for more than a year. Now I can only see a few months. What can I do to access bills from the beginning of 2014?

Hi @Anonymous

In My O2 and viewing current bill scroll down until you see a section saying 'view and print older bills' Click on that and this will appear

There is a drop down box on the right hand side of this page which will allow you to view bills for 18 months up to present time

(In my account I can see bills going back to September 2013)

What's the latest on fixing this issue @Toby?

I have to say/agree this is a long drawn out process and very hit and miss. Took me about 15 minutes to work it out this morning
