If you aren't seeing this, try clearing browser cache or a different browser and if still a problem call 202. Untitled

They should be in your myo2 for contract customers.

If not ring cs on 202.

I can see previous bills in My O2 as far back as May 2012 so it would seem it's account related rather than a general issue. If you can't see them you may need to call 202 or try a different browser.

Once your in your bill on the left hand side at the very top should be a tab called previous bills

If you are looking on a mobile phone there should be an option right at the bottom to click for full site although I would recommend looking at it on a tablet or computer
