I cannot see previous bills apart from my most recent one. I used to be able to see and download them, is it a fault on the O2 web site?

There is a problem with the billing platform. O2 are aware and working on a fix. Try again Monday.

Go to MY O2, hit BILLS AND CURRENT CHARGES for the drop down menu, then hit VIEW BILL, underneath the bold current charge on the left, hit DOWNLOAD AND PRINT LATEST BILL. This will, or should bring up the usual page to select previous bills for pdf etc downloads for printing etc.
