I am being charged £3.75 a week because a company has hacked my phone. I have spoken to O2 about this and they assured me it had been blocked! I am furious. What can I do?

This has nothing to do with O2. You have inadvertently signed up for a premium service by clicking on a link, possibly on a social media site. It is your responsibility to contact the company, you can find details by entering the short code in the link below, or you can make a complaint via the premium service regulator.
