Can I block premium rate calls coming to my phone ?

Hi @Anonymous you can call & ask customer service about it. If you want it you can get one free number change from O2 or read this link that may help

Hello @Anonymous, welcome to the O2 community!

Please read the guide @Anonymous sent. But, as @MI5 said, O2 can only apply a block on your account for outgoing premium rate services.

If you need to block unsolicited incoming calls, you can register on TPS online which should take you off the national marketing database.
