Hi @Ally2014 see our help here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Have-you-fallen-for-or-been-conned-into-a-premium-rate-s...

Customer services can also put a block on premium rate numbers if you request it.

Call them on 202 to ask.

Additional help here too from outside the community https://payforitsucks.co.uk/

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hi @Ally2014

Firstly read this link https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Have-you-fallen-for-or-been-conned-into-a-premium-rate-s...

This site will also help https://payforitsucks.co.uk/

Next you need to contact customer services and ask for these two bars to  be placed on your account

  • Bar all Direct to Bill Debits
  • Premium Bar (calls to premium numbers, 090, 070 etc.)

Best of luck and welcome to the forum Welcome

@Ally2014

When you ring again ask them to apply the bars. It can and should be done at your request.

When you call, be specific and ask them to place a bar on 'charge to mobile' services.
