Ok So I did live chat to o2 about premeium messages ect. they sorted it online & then sent me text message (14th march) 80202 saying 02:thanks for getting in touch with us about the prbolem your haivng with premium SMS We're looking into it and will get back to you in the next 7 days. Still no call or text? are they sorting it or have they forgotten about it.
