Hi

I have 3 additional charges on this months bill marked as “Premium MSG” 2 of these are for £10 each and 1 for £0.15 and I don’t understand what there are for and also is there a way of avoiding these additional charges in the future?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@KMA

You can ask O2 to block these charges in future.

Some guides to look at:

Guide: Tips to avoid unexpected charges on your bill

Guide: O2 BARs

and a useful website to recover your charges here Phone-paid Services Consumer Group – Support and Consumer Advice (psconsumers.org.uk)

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
