On this page...
https://www.o2.co.uk/business/support/billing/premium-service-checker
..I enter the service numbers given on my bill but they are apparently "unknown" to O2!
The numbers are shown on my bill as :
- 00089572777
- 00089170007 (this one shown twice!)
I have tried both with and without the leading 0's as the page gives the instruction...
"Enter the 5 to 8 digit number..."
And yet the message returned is...
"We’re sorry but we don’t have any information on ...."
So, firstly it makes no sense to me that a number is listed on the bill with 11 digits and yet the page only accepts 5 to 8 digits. This is even more confusing given that the spam reporting number (5277) is only 4 digits in length!
And, secondly, why are the numbers listed on my bill not recognised?

I don't see any international freephone numbers.
They would be in the format of 00800.
If you Google 089 as an area code it comes back to Munich.
There is also a listing for a company here https://www.opendi.be/maaseik/283658.html for 089572777
I think the best thing for you is to contact O2 to see what they claim them to be.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
