Hi,

I've pre ordered the new Oppo Find x5 pro as an early upgrade. Obviously the pre order includes the free gifts that you have to claim from Oppo directly. I understand that when I'm able to claim the gifts I will need a pre order confirmation and proof of purchase. So far I have an order confirmation and nothing else. So my question is will I get a further email containing the pre order confirmation or will I get a proof of purchase once the phone is dispatched?

You can download what you need from your orders in your MyO2.

Will it give me that option after I receive phone? Currently, I can only view order on 'my orders' and gives me no option to download anything.
