How can one get any pre-order offers like:

Pre-order and claim a Galaxy Watch6 worth £289. Ends 25 January.

If on switch up I would have to do it on the 26th, the official release date for the S24U?

Are us Switch up users just SOL?

Normally you can go in store and place a preorder for a £50 deposit. Then when the phone comes in you go in and process switch up to give back your old phone and get the new one. By paying the deposit you are placing the preorder so are eligible to claim the free watch once you get the phone as your receipt for the deposit will be dated before the end of the promotion if that makes sense
