I just pre ordered the new iphone 14 pro max and I new sim as I am a new O2 user and I paid my upfront amount 350 pound and got all the legal documents emailed to me but an hour later I got a email saying it is out of stock so would get the device or would I be refunded the money...

The system automatically generates an out of stock email as there is no stock available yet.

The pro max isn't available until October.
