Hey guys,
So it's looking likely I might be leaving the country in a couple of months for a year.
I have 18 months left on my contract, as this decision has come up rather quickly.
I understand I can't simply cancel the contract and return the phone, without paying £350+ to stop it early.
However I certainly cannot afford to pay this at all, so wanted some advice on other things I can do..
I've heard you can occasionally freeze the contract?
Was also thinking of transfering the contract to someone else? Or setting someone else up as the bank details?
Please do let me know if there's anything I can do, as I'm getting slightly worried.
I've been with O2 for a number of years now and would hope they'd want to keep my business...
As a note the contract is with O2, but via Carphone Warehouse..

Thank you for the speedy reply MI5.
Would that involve changing the bank account details for said family member/friend?
